  5. Navigating Order Statuses: A Comprehensive Guide
  • You will receive email notifications at the provided email address for any changes in your order statuses.
  • Because of the Print on Demand process, we don’t store extra items. Please double-check your order and contact us quickly for any changes before it says “Preparing for Print.” After it reaches that stage or later, we can only help with exchanges or partial refunds.
ORDER STATUS EXPLANATION
Pending Payment This status refers to a payment in progress that hasn't been completed. For example, a customer may have filled out the checkout form and moved to PayPal or Stripe for payment, but the transaction isn't finished yet. While we have a record of the sale, the payment remains incomplete.
Processing Payment received. At this stage, you can edit the order or request a full refund. Please be aware that our production typically begins within 2 to 24 hours from this point.
On Hold This order status is typically assigned when we are "waiting for your response" regarding a special request. Please check your email for further details.
Preparing for Print Your order is now in the "Preparing for Print" stage with our Print on Demand Providers. At this point, partial refunds are applicable. The shipping process usually begins within 1 to 2 days.
Shipped Your order has been shipped. Kindly review your email for tracking details.
Completed Your order has been delivered to the provided shipping address.
Failed Your payment was not approved by your bank.
Canceled Once your order is processed or shipped, we can’t cancel it. If you cancel before processing or shipping, we can cancel and there’s a 15% fee to cover refund charges from credit card companies.
Refunded If you receive an incorrect item or any mistake on our part, you are eligible for a full refund after 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The processing time for the refund may take 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
Exchange Returns and size or color exchanges are at your discretion and cost. If you decide to accept returns or exchange sizes or colors, you’ll need to place a new order for the different size at your own expense. For a quick and effective exchange for color or size, return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a new and separate purchase for the desired item. This ensures a swift process in obtaining the product you want.
