Shipment Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed in 1-2 business days. No shipments are made on weekends or holidays.
In times of increased order volume, there might be a slight delay in shipping for a few days. Please consider additional transit days for the delivery. If there’s a notable delay in sending your order, we’ll reach out to you through email or phone to keep you informed.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification via email containing tracking information.
Missing Items and Damages
Oztee Print is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with the shipping carrier (USPS) to file a claim. Remember to keep all packaging materials and damaged items before making a claim.
Returns Policy

In the event that your order does not meet your expectations, we welcome the opportunity to facilitate a hassle-free return process. Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that you can return the product, and upon receipt, we will promptly issue a full refund for your purchase. 1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
2. Request your Return Order Number and by emailing [email protected] with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will be provided with the return address where you can mail the product you would like to return.
3. To ensure the timely processing of your refund, we strongly advise using a trackable mail service for your return. It is important to note that we will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages during the return shipment process. This policy is outlined on our refund policy web page for your reference.
4. Once we receive your package, we’ll check the products, and if everything is in order, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a refund receipt via email at the address you used during your initial purchase.
