1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

2. Request your Return Order Number and by emailing [email protected] with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will be provided with the return address where you can mail the product you would like to return.

3. To ensure the timely processing of your refund, we strongly advise using a trackable mail service for your return. It is important to note that we will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages during the return shipment process. This policy is outlined on our refund policy web page for your reference.

4. Once we receive your package, we’ll check the products, and if everything is in order, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a refund receipt via email at the address you used during your initial purchase.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  1. Refund Processing: We process refunds immediately upon approval of your refund request. This means the funds leave our account right away.
  2. Check Your Bank Account: If you haven’t received the refund, start by checking your bank account.
  3. Contact Your Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company next. Sometimes, it takes some time for the refund to officially appear on your statement.
  4. Reach Out to Your Bank: If needed, get in touch with your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted.
  5. Allow Processing Time: Keep in mind that some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to update and show that the refund has been returned to the card.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and there is no restocking fee.

How long does it usually take to get a refund?

Once  your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days, depending on the initial payment method.

How can I exchange my purchase for a different size or color?

Returns and size or color exchanges are at your discretion and cost. If you decide to accept returns or exchange sizes or colors, you’ll need to place a new order for the different size at your own expense.

For a quick and effective exchange for color or size, return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a new and separate purchase for the desired item. This ensures a swift process in obtaining the product you want.

What is the typical delivery time?

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Customers will receive an email containing the tracking number as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

Can I make changes to the shipping address if I've entered it incorrectly?

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, email us right away. We’ll do our best to help, but keep in mind our items are usually processed and shipped out quickly. Once the order is in the shipping process, we might not be able to make changes.

We’re not responsible for incomplete or wrong shipping addresses you provide. Our system processes orders automatically based on the information you provide.

Can I cancel my order after I've already placed it?

Once your order is processed or shipped, we can’t cancel it. If you cancel before processing or shipping, there’s a 15% fee to cover refund charges from credit card companies.
